  • Designed a carbon-free car with energy transformation and self-steering system based on the competition specitication.

  • 3-D Modeled all the mechanical components using Pro/E and Assembled in the virsual environment.

  • Manufactured and assembled most of the mechanical parts in machine shop using sheet metal (almuninum sheet) for car body and 3D printing for front wheel.

  • Ran it for testing for hundreds of times for a longer range.

  • Experince with: Mechanical Design, Mechanism Analysis, 3-D Modeling, Engineering Drawing, GD&T, DfM, DfA, Hands-on Experience with manufacturing and assembling , machine shop skills, Sheet Metal, Plastics, 3D printing.
