Opto-Mechanical Testing Platform for Measuring Nanoscale Film Thickness, supervised by Prof. Wenzhong Wang and Ph.D Shengguang Zhang

  • Designed and Prototyped an optical-mechanical testing platform for measuring nanoscale film thickness of high-speed ball bearing using optical interferometry method based on self-propesed optical path diagram. 

  • Performed 3-D modeling using Solidworks, 2-D engineering drawing using AutoCAD, and Assembled all the mechanical components in virsual environment.

  • Participated in Manufacturing, Assembling and Testing Platform in laboratory environment. 

  • Develped image processing programme using LabView.

  • Experince with: Opto-Mechanical System Integration, Physical Testing, Data Acquasition and Analysis, 3-D Modeling, Engineering Drawing, GD&T, DfM, DfA, Hands-on Experience with manufacturing and assembling , machine shop skills

  • Softwares: LabView, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Origin.
